www.urdi.com.au sales are Firm Sale only and refunds/exchanges
will only be made for faulty goods.
If your goods arrive damaged please notify us within 7 days by emailing us at email@example.com or
via an alternative method from our Contact us page.
Please state the reason for your return and you will be given a returns number and
a Freepost address to which to send the parcel.
Please do not return items to us without first obtaining a returns number, as it
may delay your refund/exchange.
Please clearly mark your parcel with the returns number given and enclose the original
despatch note or a covering letter.
Please remember to obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office which is
free of charge and keep as your receipt until the transaction has been completed.
Once we have received the item(s) we will refund/exchange as requested, in accordance
with the above terms.
